The background for the system's introduction is the need for charging/discharging functions for individual cells for the maintenance of batteries used in electric unmanned carts and similar applications. With the introduction of this system, the number of times to check the testing status through alarm functions and data logging has decreased, leading to a reduction in labor hours. Natural gas that has been compressed to about 20 to 25 MPa, resulting in a volume reduction to approximately 1/200 to 1/250, is known as CNG (Compressed Natural Gas). It is mainly used in natural gas vehicles such as small cars, passenger cars, and buses. This is the most popular natural gas station in Japan.

Natural gas that has been cooled to -162°C and has a volume reduced to about 1/600 is called LNG (liquefied natural gas). In the world, many natural gas vehicles, such as large trucks and trailers, are operating using LNG as fuel. In Japan, there are currently only two stations, but more are expected to be established in the future.

This is a mobile LNG station that can be easily set up at locations such as shipping company offices. An LNG tank equipped with necessary facilities for filling, such as meters and dispensers, is transported by trailer. When the tank is empty, a new tank is brought in, and the empty tank is collected, adopting a method similar to that of LP gas.

In recent years, the emissions from ships using heavy oil as fuel have become a problem, and the adoption of LNG vessels is rapidly advancing.
