The "Agilent Cary 60" is a UV-Vis spectrophotometer that can scan a wavelength range of 190 to 1,100 nm in under 3 seconds. It can be equipped with long-pathlength cuvettes or solid sample transmission or reflection accessories, and when a fiber optic probe is attached, measurements can be taken without a cuvette.
