Electromagnetic analysis device
It is an analytical method for extracting chemical information from a substance through the interaction between the substance and electromagnetic waves, such as the absorption or emission of electromagnetic waves by the substance.
At Kyoritsu Electric, we handle the following electromagnetic analysis equipment. Please refer to the catalog for information on the manufacturers we work with. ● Fluorescent X-ray analysis equipment ● X-ray CT ● Nuclear magnetic resonance equipment ● Scanning electron microscope
basic information
● X-ray fluorescence analysis device: X-ray fluorescence (XRF) is a method for analyzing the elemental composition and ratio of substances based on the energy and intensity of fluorescent X-rays generated when X-rays are irradiated onto a sample. ● X-ray CT: A device that captures X-rays of an object from various directions and performs reconstruction processing to obtain the internal structure of the object. ● Nuclear magnetic resonance device: A non-contact internal structure analysis method that utilizes the principles of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). ● Scanning electron microscope: An electron microscope that scans the surface of a sample with a finely focused electron beam in a vacuum, detects the information (signals) emitted from the sample at that time, and displays an enlarged image of the sample surface on a monitor.
