■ Dosing Pump: A pump that can repeatedly inject a specified constant amount of liquid with high precision. It can be broadly classified into two types: reciprocating pumps and rotary pumps, depending on the mechanism. ■ Tubing Pump: A pump that delivers liquid by compressing an elastic tube with rollers and moving the rollers to push the liquid inside the tube. It may also be referred to as a peristaltic pump or rotary pump.
