The semiconductor parameter analyzer is frequently used for material, semiconductor, and device characteristic evaluation. However, with the acceleration and miniaturization of devices, there has been an increasing demand for various evaluations, including not only traditional IV evaluation but also CV evaluation, high-speed evaluation, and reliability evaluation. Additionally, many individuals face various concerns regarding technology and operations when updating equipment. In this event, we will introduce solutions for semiconductor measurement and provide product demonstrations through an online meeting limited to one company.
