Application of the Decompression Dehydration Drying Device V-CyCle(R) <Brine and Leachate>

In the desalination concentration of saltwater and leachate, dehydration is possible until it becomes dry salt! By reducing pressure and lowering the boiling point, waste volume reduction is achieved through energy savings.

We would like to introduce the applications of the vacuum dehydration drying device "V-CyCle(R)." Dehydration is possible until the brine and leachate concentrate becomes dry salt. It can handle a wide variety of waste liquids, including the concentration of plating wastewater, recovery of cutting oil from waste oil, concentration and drying of food residues, and dehydration and drying of wastewater treatment sludge. Additionally, it can reduce the volume of various waste liquids, lowering industrial waste disposal costs, or transform waste liquids into valuable resources through concentration. 【Applications】 ■ Reducing disposal costs by minimizing waste liquids ■ Recovering valuable materials by concentrating contained components ■ Recycling recovered water *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
