We undertake steam testing and combined testing (heat cycle testing) as per the customer's request using steam boilers. We can conduct tests with saturated steam up to 200°C and superheated steam up to 400°C using steam heaters. ■ Features 【Steam Testing up to 400°C】 We can perform saturated steam tests at a pressure of 1.6 MPa and a maximum temperature of 200°C, as well as superheated steam tests up to 400°C using steam heaters. 【Heat Cycle Testing】 We can also conduct heat cycle tests with automatic control for temperature changes (steam exposure, cooling with water, drying processes, etc.) based on the set parameters. 【Combined Testing】 We also accept durability tests, hot water/immersion tests, and flow measurement tests. It is possible to combine these with steam exposure or heat cycle tests. 【Test Specimen Design】 We also design and manufacture test enclosures tailored to the test specimens.
