Liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, low-temperature solenoid valve "ME6-LN2HM series"
This is an electromagnetic valve (solenoid valve) that can be used with low-temperature fluids such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and antifreeze, down to -196°C.
The low-temperature solenoid valve "ME6-LN2HM series," which can be used with liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen, ensures a large flow rate due to its kick pilot design. It can be used at a maximum pressure of 1.6 MPa and is utilized in various equipment such as refrigeration and filling devices. There is a sister series, the "VSPD-LN2M series," which is a small flow solenoid valve for liquid nitrogen that supports up to 5 MPa.
