The LD series pressure sensors utilize proprietary chip-in-oil technology. They are all-in-one sensors that house the measurement cell, digital temperature compensation circuit, and signal processing circuit in a compact housing made of stainless steel or Hastelloy. With excellent environmental resistance, they output highly accurate measurement results as digital signals (pressure and temperature information). Featuring an I2C interface and a low supply voltage specification of 1.8 to 3.6V, they are easy to integrate into microcontroller-based systems.
