Nanoplus Vertical Mode Single DFB Laser

Nanosystems and Technologies GmbH (NanoPlus) was independently established in 1998 from the Technical Physics Department of the University of Würzburg. The main product of NanoPlus is the DFB laser, manufactured based on a unique lateral coupling (patented). The complex coupling of these lasers is achieved by incorporating ridge waveguides (waveguide layers on both sides of the RWG laser) and a metal grating on top. This technique enables the DFB laser to achieve high single-mode gain, high efficiency, approximately 40 dB high side mode suppression ratio (SMSR), as well as low back reflection sensitivity and threshold. 【Main Products】 ○ DFB Laser (Distributed Feedback Laser Diode) → LDs can be produced in the wavelength range of 0.76 to 2.8 μm ○ Fabry-Pérot (FP) Laser → Approximately 5 nm wavelength width ○ Superluminescent Light Emitting Diodes (SLDs) → Wavelength width of over 100 nm For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

**Features** [DFB Laser] - Single longitudinal mode light can achieve output light with a very narrow spectral width of approximately 3 MHz. - The control of the oscillation wavelength can be tuned by either the drive current or the temperature. - As an application, the DFB oscillation wavelength can be scanned around the molecular absorption lines of specific gases being measured. [Fabry-Pérot Laser (FP)] - For applications where stable single-mode emission is not required. - Approximately 5 nm spectral width.
