At LED Microsensor Co., we manufacture infrared light-emitting diodes (LEDs) in the mid-range of 1.0 to 5.0 μm, photodetectors (PD), and their drivers. In this wavelength range, there are absorption bands for many important gases such as CH4, H2O, and CO2, which can be applied to gas detection and concentration measurement.
basic information
The devices manufactured by LED Microsensor have high responsiveness and luminous efficiency, and can be used over a wide temperature range. Standard LEDs are encapsulated in TO-18 packages, and there are models with concave mirrors as well. Additionally, the TO-5 case incorporates either a single or dual-stage TEC (thermoelectric cooler). Several other package types are also available. We provide information on LEDs, detectors, drivers, and evaluation kits.
