Twisted Bar Steel Lock Bolt "SN Twist Bolt"

It prevents voids from occurring on the back side and ensures good adhesion along the entire length of the bolt.

The "SN Twist Bolt" is a twisted rebar lock bolt that has been cold twisted from specially manufactured high-strength deformed steel bars to further enhance its strength. When this product is inserted into a borehole filled with mortar, the spiral ribs and lateral bumps rotate the mortar, improving insertability. As a result, it prevents the formation of voids behind the ribs and bumps, ensuring good adhesion along the entire length of the bolt. 【Features】 ■ Forms a surface shape that is easy to insert into boreholes filled with mortar ■ Effective in preventing the formation of voids between the mortar and the bolt ■ Adhesion performance with mortar is superior to that of deformed steel bars ■ Rolled threads based on JIS-B-0205 standard metric coarse threads *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
