Sasaki Sake Brewing Co., Ltd.
Sasaki Sake Brewery in Kyoto's Rakuchu, carving the rings of time and passing down skills and flavors.
We offer sake brewed with the spirit of our brewery, which has continued to uphold the tradition of sake-making in the "Rakuchu Densho" since its establishment, while actively incorporating new technologies. We also provide liqueurs made using the sake-making techniques we have cultivated over the years. Various plans are available for sake brewery tours.
basic information
We primarily use rice produced in Kyoto to manufacture sake, including brands such as "Jurakudai," "Koto," and "Nishijin." During the off-season for sake production, we also produce and sell yuzu and lemon liqueurs made from domestic fruit juices, as well as a non-alcoholic beverage called "Shiroi Ginmeisui." Additionally, to help people feel closer to sake, we offer sake brewery tours (reservation required).
