Since it does not use silicone, there are no concerns about low molecular siloxanes gasifying and adhering to electronic substrates, causing contact failures even at high temperatures. Additionally, by not using non-degradable silicone, it is also environmentally friendly. It possesses the necessary thermal conductivity for batteries, lightweight due to low specific gravity, and excellent insulation properties. Based on our previous mass production track record, we can offer economical material proposals. Furthermore, due to its low wear filler, it is gentle on dispensers, reducing maintenance costs and downtime for equipment. Custom designs are also possible according to customer requirements. The Polytech PT "Thermal Conductive Gap Filler" is available in two types: one-component non-curing and two-component curing. Both are non-adhesive, allowing for the removal and recovery of lithium-ion batteries. ■ One-component non-curing type: No separation, no spillage, no shifting. Being a single component makes it easy and economical. ■ Two-component curing type (mixing ratio 10:1): Even with reduced viscosity for better application, there is zero concern for pump-out. ■ Non-adhesive: Due to its non-adhesive nature, it allows for the removal and recovery of lithium-ion batteries. ■ Continuous use temperature (-40 to 85°C): Customers wishing to use it temporarily outside this temperature range are encouraged to contact us. ■ We will propose solutions considering material properties, cost-effectiveness, and application based on customer custom requirements. *For more details, please refer to the documentation.
