King Parts Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells precision metal components for various fields using a precision casting technology called "lost wax process." We would like to introduce our "lost wax process." In the PDF materials, we provide a detailed introduction to the processes shown below, along with photographs. 【Processes】 1. Mold Production → Producing aluminum molds designed with consideration for shrinkage rates. 2. Wax Molding → Injecting wax into the mold to create a wax model. 3. Assembly → Assembling the wax models into a tree shape. 4. Coating and Drying → Applying adhesive and refractory materials to the wax tree and drying, repeating several times. 5. 【Process】 6. Firing → Harden the mold at high temperatures to give it strength 7. Casting → Pour molten metal into the high-temperature mold immediately after firing 8. Mold Removal → Remove the mold 9. Cutting → Separate the product from the tree 10. Blast Treatment → Completely remove refractory materials and scale attached to the product 11. Machining → Perform machining using various machine equipment 12. Heat and Surface Treatment → Apply various treatments as necessary 13.
