"ISOPLAST" is an alumina-based paste-like amorphous insulation material. Traditionally, products containing refractory ceramic fibers (RCF) were predominant, but due to regulatory changes implemented in November 2015, companies are required to comply with RCF regulations. "ISOPLAST HT" utilizes alumina fibers, making it RCF-free while achieving strength and ease of use comparable to traditional products. We also offer biodegradable products and organic fiber options. Furthermore, when used in conjunction with the coating material "TIXOBOND 27," it can reduce the adhesion of molten aluminum and prevent the erosion of aluminum oxides and dross, thereby extending the lifespan of furnaces and auxiliary equipment.
