Zirconium silicate (Zircon flower A-PAX)
Utilizing high heat resistance and Mohs hardness, it can be used in a wide range of applications such as refractory materials and friction materials!
"Zirconium silicate" was developed in the United States as a substitute for tin oxide, used as a lactic acid turbidity agent for sanitary ceramics and tiles. Zircon is characterized by its high melting point, excellent corrosion resistance, and low thermal expansion. It can be used in a wide range of applications, including refractories, friction materials, and ceramic glazes. Our company imports zircon sand and produces various products by crushing and processing it. In particular, we offer ultra-fine products called "A-PAX" not only within Japan but also to customers around the world. [Features] - High heat resistance and Mohs hardness - A wide range of particle size distributions thanks to our crushing technology - Zircon has a high melting point, excellent corrosion resistance, and low thermal expansion - The ultra-fine "A-PAX" is being developed into a new product with further micronization into UF grade, enabling new polishing performance and high filling capacity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
