Steel plate pickling, washing, and cooling | Spray nozzle header with cleaning function
The "BRASIKan" series features a built-in brush header that prevents nozzle clogging, achieving both stable steel plate cleaning and reduced maintenance load.
We solve the problem of clogging in cleaning spray nozzles that occurs during the cleaning and rinsing processes in steel plate manufacturing sites. By incorporating a cleaning brush into the cleaning spray nozzle header, we can manually or automatically clean foreign substances attached to the nozzles, eliminating clogs. By turning the handle attached to the header, the cleaning brush inside the header rotates and removes foreign substances accumulated in the nozzle orifices. We offer both a manual type that operates by hand and an air-driven type that allows for automatic cleaning via remote control. This reduces the time and effort required for the maintenance of spray nozzles used in surface treatment of steel plates, supporting stable operations. *We also have a wide range of other spray nozzles available. For quotes, custom orders, or any concerns regarding nozzles, please feel free to contact us. Phone and online consultations are also available at any time.
