The "KB, BIM" series is a humidity control spray nozzle that adjusts the moisture content of sheets and reduces warping. It allows for the adjustment of spray volume through control, accommodating various paper widths.
Before laminating sheets with the corrugating machine, we will introduce a humidity control spray header to optimize the moisture content of the sheets, increase line speed, and achieve stable operations and improved productivity. Both the "KB" and "BIM" series have high atomization performance, allowing for appropriate spraying of water onto the target object with a very small spray volume, and they are header types that can accommodate various paper widths. The "BIM" series uses a two-fluid spray nozzle with a large turn-down ratio, enabling adjustment of the spray volume over a wide range. It is controlled by a needle valve, allowing for adjustments to the spray volume and width, making it suitable for narrow paper widths. The "KB" series features the highest atomization performance among our single-fluid nozzles. It can be installed at a lower cost compared to two-fluid nozzles and adjusts the spray volume through electromagnetic valve control. *We also have a wide range of other spray nozzles available.
