The "Automatic Lifting Device NLD" series eliminates the hassle of installing and attaching nozzles every time cleaning is done, safely cleaning deep tanks with automatic lifting.
The nozzle automatically ascends and descends while remaining installed on the device for cleaning. It is effective in sites with high cleaning frequency and manufacturing lines with many cleaning targets, reducing the hassle of attaching and preparing the nozzle. With a maximum stroke of 1.7m and a recommended tank diameter of up to about 4m, it can automatically clean large-capacity tanks, eliminating dangerous manual work. The cleaning position inside the tank is automatically detected and stopped based on the set stroke distance. By changing the cleaning position, the entire interior of large tanks can be efficiently cleaned automatically.
