Etching process and maintenance labor-saving | Spray nozzle with excellent chemical resistance
The "JJRP/INJJX-Y/JJXP/BBXP" series achieves etching quality and reduced maintenance with a chemical-resistant spray nozzle.
The "INJJX-Y" series features a one-touch detachable conical nozzle that sprays in a circular pattern with a strong peak at the center. Even when the spray pressure is changed, the spray shape remains consistent, making it an excellent choice for etching applications with outstanding stability. Similarly, the "INVVEA" and "INOVVE" series also offer one-touch detachable nozzles, both of which allow for easy nozzle tip replacement, significantly reducing maintenance time. The "JJRP" series includes nozzles made of PTFE and PVDF, designed to maintain a uniform conical spray pattern even at low flow rates. The "JJXP" series features nozzles made of PVDF and high-temperature resistant PVC (HTPVC) for spraying aggressive chemicals. They provide a conical spray pattern with a large foreign object passage diameter, making them less prone to clogging. The "BBXP" series consists of nozzles that spray in a wide 120° circular pattern, allowing for a reduction in the number of nozzles used and cost savings. The "EJX" series includes liquid injection nozzles that promote etching through liquid agitation. The "SLNHK" series features slit nozzles that create a clean liquid curtain without bolts in the liquid flow path, making them ideal for applying etching solutions.
