The "BIM/AE/SETOV" series contributes to explosion-proofing and odor suppression around the Banbury mixer, as well as improving the cooling effect of sheets after the application of release agents.
This is a two-fluid spray nozzle suitable for the humidification system for explosion prevention and fire prevention in the rubber kneading (refining) process, as well as for resolving issues caused by insufficient cooling of rubber sheets during the summer. The "AE" series is a humidification system that excels in both spot humidification and wide-area humidification when needed. For localized or limited space humidification, the "SETOV" series and "BIM" series are also recommended, allowing for cost-effective humidification. The "SETOV" series is particularly suitable for situations where clogging is a concern. The "BIM" series can not only provide humidification but also spray around exhaust vents to suppress odors from solvents, contributing to environmental measures in the surrounding area. Additionally, the "BIM" series can directly spray onto rubber sheets during cooling, reducing the surface temperature of the rubber by approximately 10°C (depending on the usage environment).
