The ceramic "AJP/AP/JUXP/TAA" series nozzles have high heat resistance and chemical resistance, making them suitable for gas cooling and chemical spraying.
Ceramics are materials that exhibit excellent chemical resistance, wear resistance, and heat resistance compared to metals, with almost no corrosion or dissolution in chemical solutions. They also possess a very hard and wear-resistant characteristic, allowing for stable spray performance over long periods, even when spraying liquids containing sand, slurries, or abrasives, without significant changes in nozzle diameter. The "AP-AL92," "AJP-AL92," and "TAA" series are conical spray nozzles that spray at a right angle to the inlet, while the "JUXP-AL92" series sprays straight from the inlet. All of these are designed with a large foreign matter passage diameter, making them suitable for applications where clogging is a concern, in conjunction with the properties of ceramics.
