■Exhibition Items - Humidity Control Device This device maintains a constant humidity level in a localized space. In situations where powders, resins, and paints are placed inside glove boxes or desiccators for experiments, it is used to keep the humidity stable, allowing for the observation of changes in the materials. - Air Blowing Gun, Pure Water Cleaning Gun These are adopted as maintenance equipment primarily for semiconductor manufacturing devices. - Compressed Air and Nitrogen Gas Filters These filters, made from hollow fiber membrane materials, enable precision filtration at micron and nano levels. They have a proven track record in semiconductor manufacturing processes, specifically for conveying air in semiconductor manufacturing equipment and supplying air for analytical devices. - Liquid Filters These filters, also made from hollow fiber membrane materials, allow for precision filtration at micron and nano levels. They have been successfully used in ultra-pure water and pure water cleaning devices, as well as for filtering chemical raw materials such as resist. - Degassing Module This module removes gases dissolved in liquids.
