The "CSL Type Cyclone Separator" is a liquid filter specifically designed for separating sludge from coolant liquid. By applying a constant pressure with a pump and generating a vortex within the device, it separates sludge and other materials based on specific gravity. This allows for an extended lifespan of the coolant liquid and reduces damage to tools and grinding wheels. 【Features】 ■ No need for elements ■ The filter can be disassembled from the top and bottom, making maintenance and part replacement easy during wear ■ Can separate sludge of any material as long as its specific gravity is greater than that of the liquid ■ Minimal air entrapment, suppressing foam generation ★ We are currently accepting applications for a demo unit for the first company that applies, limited to the Kanto area.
