The "Liquid Cutter" is a nano mixer for coolant liquid that can subdivide liquids by mixing and shearing them through special ceramic balls. When liquid molecules are subdivided, their osmotic pressure weakens and surface tension decreases, resulting in improved permeability and hydrophilicity.
