[Case Study] Automated Transport in a Clean Room Environment

Achieving labor-saving by collaborating with the upper-level system.

We delivered a 1900kg portable unmanned transport vehicle to Panasonic Energy Co., Ltd.'s Wakayama factory. In an environment for use in a clean room, they were looking for an unmanned transport vehicle with low vibration to stably transport high-weight items of 1900kg that have handling restrictions. Based on their requirements, we considered customization and they adopted our solution. By collaborating with other equipment, we achieved improvements in productivity and safety, as well as labor-saving in the production line for the new large-capacity batteries mounted in electric vehicles (EVs).
