We would like to introduce a case study proposed by Sanshin Co., Ltd. that addresses on-site issues. A certain automotive parts manufacturer was looking to improve the roughness of their ball screw grooves to reduce noise and enhance rolling performance. In response, we proposed our "Ball Screw Grinding Machine," which is capable of film polishing the ball screw grooves.
