Our company has been selected as one of the grant recipients for the "Promotion of SAF Utilization in Air Cargo Transport for Corporate Scope 3 Response" project implemented by Tokyo Metropolitan Government, continuing from last year. This project, which aims to reduce CO₂ emissions across the entire supply chain, will be carried out by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government starting in the fiscal year 2024. It provides grants to cover the additional costs incurred when shippers use SAF in air cargo transport. The SAF usage in air cargo transport, implemented through selected freight forwarding agents, will be eligible for the grant. Our company will utilize this grant system until the end of March 2026 to promote air cargo transport using SAF, aiming to expand the use of SAF and contribute to the realization of a decarbonized society on a global scale.
