Argo-WP is a well plate reader solution for Argolight's Argoslide (a calibration slide for performance evaluation in fluorescence microscopy). It features a special glass called ARGOGLASS, which induces fine 2D and 3D fluorescent patterns with broad and highly stable fluorescent characteristics. This allows for simultaneous measurement of multiple parameters, such as uniformity of illumination, intensity response, and Z-axis stage drift, which are impossible with conventional fluorescent beads or plates. Additionally, by using the accompanying software, it is possible to record daily performance changes and trace back causes from the past. It is compatible with fluorescence high-content screening (HCS) and high-throughput screening (HTS) imaging systems for 96-well cell culture plates.
