You can easily measure parameters by injecting a 2-3ml sample into the flow cell with a syringe and executing the measurement using a tablet or PC software. ■ Parameters and measurement ranges (depending on configuration and conditions) - Oxidation/nitration/sulfation/wear inhibitors/soot/glycol: 0-100 abs/cm - Phenolic antioxidants: 0-100% - Total acid number (TAN)/total base number (TBN): 0-100 mg KOH/g - pH/viscosity: Depending on the application - Moisture: 0-100,000 ppm - Other additive measurements can be accommodated according to customer requirements. ■ Repeatability: ±5% or less relative to the measurement value ■ Measurement accuracy: ±5% or less relative to the measurement value ■ Cuvette: Flow cell with optical path lengths of 100µm and 250µm ■ Sample volume: 2-3ml ■ Power requirement: 230VAC (main power) / 2500mAH built-in LiPo battery ■ Built-in battery charging estimate: 250 sample measurements ■ Operating temperature range and humidity: 0-70℃, no condensation ■ Analyzable wavelength range: 800-4000 cm-1 ■ Default measurement method: DIN51453/51451 (can be calibrated to ASTM/DIN)
