The MultiSense SF6 is a detection module for SF6 gas analyzers that combines a Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) and a photoacoustic cell. Thanks to mirSense's proprietary manufacturing technology and the techniques of Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) and Photoacoustic Spectroscopy (PAS), it is possible to detect and monitor trace amounts of low-concentration (ppb) SF6 gas.
