Fiber optic temperature sensor for medium voltage motors and generators
Reliable temperature monitoring is possible without being affected by noise in environments with EMI/RFI or high voltage.
OSENSA's optical fiber temperature sensor is a product suitable for temperature measurement in power applications, capable of reliable temperature monitoring without being affected by electromagnetic interference or noise. The basic configuration of this product consists of a temperature sensor probe, a transmitter, and software. The probe is protected by a highly insulating material to be installed against the windings of motors and generators, allowing use in environments up to 38kV (three-phase). Additionally, options for the probe's tip are available for easy installation. The transmitter designed for motors and generators (medium voltage) can connect three or six optical fiber temperature sensors with a single transmitter, making it convenient for three-phase monitoring of various equipment.
