The HISbasic series is a blackbody infrared light source housed in a TO-39 or TO-5 package. The infrared light sources in the HISbasic series are equipped with gold-plated mirrors that efficiently direct the emitted infrared radiation from the back to the front. All infrared light sources from Infrasolid maintain a constant electrical resistance, ensuring stable performance. They also feature a very low temperature coefficient of electrical resistance. As a result, the electrical resistance at high and low temperatures is nearly the same, facilitating the electrical control of the infrared light sources. ■ Wide wavelength range from 2μm to 20μm ■ Pulsable thermal blackbody infrared light sources housed in industry-standard or customized TO-39 packages ■ Patented nano-structured radiation elements generate blackbody spectra that produce up to 1000% more detection signal compared to competitors ■ Maximum optical output of up to 215mW for accurate measurements ■ High-quality filter windows that are bonded to ensure stable operation over long periods
