High-speed (50μsec～) and ppb-level high-sensitivity gas measurement is possible.
A turnkey system using Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) enables fast (up to 50 µsec), high-sensitivity (ppb level) gas analysis. With a compact and robust design, it can be used for gas analysis in industrial and research fields.
