The "Concentrated Exhaust Gas Treatment Device" is suitable for treating low-concentration, high-volume foul odors and VOC exhaust gases. The adsorption rotor made of activated carbon or zeolite is divided into completely sealed zones for adsorption, regeneration, and cooling, allowing the exhaust gas to pass through the adsorption section where foul odors and VOCs are adsorbed, resulting in clean air. By combining the concentration device with combustion-type exhaust gas treatment devices (catalytic, direct combustion, heat storage), a wide range of exhaust gases can be treated. 【Features】 ■ Suitable for treating low-concentration, high-volume foul odors and VOCs (volatile organic compounds) in exhaust gases ■ Exhaust gas passes through the adsorption section where foul odors and VOCs are adsorbed, resulting in clean air ■ Foul odors and VOCs adsorbed on the rotor are desorbed in the regeneration zone using low-volume hot air of about 1/5 to 1/20 ■ The rotor heated by hot air is cooled in the cooling zone before moving to the adsorption zone ■ The low-volume exhaust gas containing high concentrations of foul odors and VOCs after desorption is treated by a combustion deodorization device *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
