Robosafe is an easily installable 3D radar system composed of the LBK Smart Radar Sensor and a control box. By simply connecting it to the safety output of the equipment, it can prevent equipment from restarting or stop it. Additionally, by connecting up to six sensors, it is possible to expand the area setting width and configure area settings equivalent to Category 3. The LBK Smart Radar Sensor functions even in environments where optical sensors and laser sensors may struggle. Optical devices often fail due to waste generated during manufacturing processes, such as dust, smoke, and water droplets. Robosafe is a system that is less affected by environmental factors such as smoke, dust, chips, and splashes, which are waste generated from machining.
