酒造での熱湯温水移送 酒造での和釜温水はその後の工程でも再利用できますが、今までの水中ポンプでは耐熱温度が低く、使用中に停止してしまうことがしばしばありました。 耐熱水中ポンプJCVシリーズを使用して、温水の有効利用が簡単に行えるようになりました。（上記写真は和釜に耐熱水中ポンプJCV型を投入するところ）

食品工場高温水の再利用 従来ユーザー様でお使いの水中ポンプでは、高温対応では無い為、ポンプが起動してもすぐに停止し、高温水の回収が困難でした。 そこで弊社のJCVシリーズを採用頂き、80℃高温下でも安定した回収が可能に。 若干のアルカリ系高温水であること、さらに食品工場向けということもあり、衛生的なオールステンレスを採用頂きました。また、ピット満水時に自動で起動するよう、高温対応のフロートスイッチ付の仕様にて対応。
