■Work can be performed without reducing production efficiency In conventional safety devices, there was a tendency for work efficiency to decrease. With the DSP-AP, high-speed descent is possible up to a position of 2mm above the material plate, achieving high productivity. 4. Adjusting the optical axis and moving during mold exchange is easy. Since the laser is projected in a planar manner, the optical axis can be adjusted visually using the included test piece, making it very quick and simple. During mold exchange, the main unit can be easily slid upward to a position that avoids the mold, and it can be fixed in place, allowing it to return to the same position using the stopper function. Additionally, the sensor measures the plate thickness and automatically measures the emergency stop distance. 5. Specially shaped laser that is resistant to vibrations! With nine receiving points, stronger safety is established. It employs a wide planar special-shaped laser that was well-received even with the DSP-J model. The nine receiving points are firmly captured, resulting in excellent vibration resistance and detection capability. 6. Smooth operation with automatic plate thickness detection function!
