We have tried various inspection devices, but we are unable to detect defects or particles. In response to this issue, we propose detection using 'high-precision cameras, pattern lighting, and dedicated image processing technology.' Detection is achieved through pattern lighting combined with dedicated image processing technology. By generating multiple composite images of pattern stripe images, defects can be emphasized and recognized.
