We would like to introduce a case study of Toyota Motor Corporation, which has implemented our high-precision camera for appearance inspection, the 'PMY Series.' This camera is used for quality evaluation of high-definition display brightness uniformity and is calibrated as a set with a "high-precision measurement camera" and "dedicated lens" that offer high resolution and high contrast resolution. As a result, high-quality inspection images with excellent detection capability can be obtained, allowing for stable detection even when multiple units are used. The ability to detect items that other appearance inspection cameras could not is the reason for its selection.
