By adopting a newly developed spectral fitting method, we have achieved high-precision measurements of luminance and chromaticity that approach those of a spectroradiometer. It allows for a wide range of measurements from low luminance of 0.01 cd/m² to high precision of 20,000,000 cd/m² (measurement angle of 1°), and it is possible to switch between three measurement angles: 1°, 0.2°, and 0.1°.
