How to use ecomaru plastic molding machine cleaning agent (purging agent)

With the use of ecomaru, you can confirm 【high cleaning effectiveness】, 【removal of black spots】, and 【cost reduction】!!!

【Usage Instructions】 ◆Purge Work Sequence◆ Resin to be purged (pre-material) → ecomaru → Suggested discharge methods below (Note: The two-wash grade is not sold; we propose the cheaper methods below) ◆Suggested Discharge Methods for ecomaru◆ Basically, we recommend discharging ecomaru with post-material, but we will introduce discharge methods as a guideline. After washing with GWP (PP-based) or GWS (AS-based), discharge with MFR (5-10) PP or PE. *Especially when the post-material is transparent resin. ◆Recommended Purge Method◆ Combination of automatic purge (4 shots) + short purge. Short purge is a method that involves repeating "less measurement" and "high-speed injection." ◆Notes◆ In the initial wash, more cleaning agent will be used to clean items that could not be removed conventionally. During evaluation, please wash until the purged color becomes consistent, and assess based on the change in defect rate after starting molding. It cannot be used for sealing operations. Do not use for cleaning hot runners or cold runners.
