Heat-resistant cables and wires: Heat-resistant and chemical-resistant fluororesin wires.
For wiring in areas exposed to extreme temperatures or chemicals.
Fluororesin is an excellent insulating material with physical properties such as heat resistance, cold resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, and high lubricity, in addition to various electrical characteristics. ■ ETFE (-100℃ to 150℃) ■ FEP (-253℃ to 200℃) ■ PFA (-195℃ to 260℃) ■ PTFE (-253℃ to 260℃) Please use it for the outlet lines of devices in harsh environments, such as around blast furnaces or where acidic substances and toner may adhere. Selection should be made from ETFE to PTFE mainly based on the required heat resistance temperature. - For temperatures below 180℃, more affordable silicone insulated wires are also available. - If ultra-high temperature resistance beyond fluororesin is required, nickel conductor silicone glass braided insulated wires are also available. 【Specifications】 ■ Rated voltage: 600V or less ■ RoHS compliant ■ Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law (ETFE and FEP from 0.75SQ to 8SQ) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Applications/Examples of results
【Application】 ■ As lead wires for various electrical equipment that must be installed under extremely harsh conditions, such as in blast furnaces, incineration facilities, ultra-high temperatures, ultra-low temperatures, and where there is a possibility of chemical adhesion. * This is a relatively expensive wire. It is important to select products suitable for the installation environment and required characteristics, including surrounding temperature and the presence or absence of water and oil vapor. If you have any difficulties in selection, please feel free to consult or contact us.
