We received an inquiry from Company L, which manufactures social infrastructure equipment, regarding the transfer of production for radio cases (resin molded products) for railway operators due to thorough business outsourcing. The transferred mold was not compatible with our molding machines at the headquarters factory, so we urgently consulted one of our partner factories and secured a production line. We retrieved the mold and materials and brought them to the partner factory. However, it became clear that modifications to the mold were necessary, so we quickly made the necessary alterations. We produced a prototype and had it confirmed by the company. Subsequently, we received an order for the product from the company, and we managed to meet the delivery deadline and proceed with production.
