Ammonium Hydroxide (29%) is a colorless, transparent alkaline solution created by dissolving ammonia gas in pure water, widely used as a basic chemical in the fields of electronics, pharmaceuticals, and optics. This product is of Electronic Grade from South Korea and employs a super-pure water process through RO + DM treatment. This process thoroughly removes impurities such as particles and metal ions to levels of ppm to ppb, achieving a high standard of purity required for electronic material manufacturing. It demonstrates excellent cleaning ability and homogeneity, particularly in the manufacturing processes of semiconductor wafer cleaning, optical glass, and electronic components, allowing for stable use even in cleanroom environments. We can flexibly accommodate requests from sample support to mass production shipments.
