● The microbial testing, which previously took at least 24 hours, has been made possible to conduct more quickly than culture methods by using the fluorescent staining filter method with BioProla. ● By using it for "microbial count monitoring on the production line" and "primary screening for shipment determination," it also contributes to strengthening risk management. ● There are two types of devices, and you can choose based on the intended use and sample. ● KB-VKH01 stains total bacteria and dead bacteria with reagents α and β, respectively, and calculates the viable bacterial count by subtracting the number of dead bacteria from the total bacterial count. ● Therefore, both viable and dead bacterial counts can be measured. The excitation light used for irradiation corresponds UV light for total bacteria stained with reagent α and Green light for dead bacteria stained with reagent β. ● KB-VKH02 generates a fluorescent substance by the reaction between the physiologically active substances universally possessed by viable bacteria and reagent ε. ● This fluorescent substance is irradiated with Blue excitation light, allowing for direct measurement of the viable bacterial count.
