Microbial rapid testing device "Bioproller" measures viable cell count in about 10 minutes.
Demonstration and sample evaluation conducted! Continuous monitoring of bacterial counts is possible, making it suitable for "reducing inventory until shipment" and "strengthening risk management."
● Perfect for those who want to conduct microbial testing quickly! Microbial testing, which previously took at least 24 hours, can now provide results in about 10 minutes. ● The ability to conduct rapid microbial testing allows for continuous monitoring of bacterial counts, leading to "reduction of inventory until shipment" and "strengthening of risk management." We are conducting demonstrations at our company. ● Additionally, we are also evaluating samples at our research facility, so please feel free to contact us. 【KB-VKH01】 □ Measurement time is approximately 10 minutes. □ Detection using a 0.4μ dedicated membrane filter and nucleic acid staining reagent. □ Can be used for managing not only live bacteria but also dead bacteria and total bacteria. 【KB-VKH02】 □ Live bacteria measurement type. □ Measurement time is approximately 6 minutes. □ Detection using a 0.4μ dedicated membrane filter and active staining reagent. □ End model.
basic information
● The microbial testing, which previously took at least 24 hours, has been made possible to conduct more quickly than culture methods by using the fluorescent staining filter method with BioProla. ● By using it for "microbial count monitoring on the production line" and "primary screening for shipment determination," it also contributes to strengthening risk management. ● There are two types of devices, and you can choose based on the intended use and sample. ● KB-VKH01 stains total bacteria and dead bacteria with reagents α and β, respectively, and calculates the viable bacterial count by subtracting the number of dead bacteria from the total bacterial count. ● Therefore, both viable and dead bacterial counts can be measured. The excitation light used for irradiation corresponds UV light for total bacteria stained with reagent α and Green light for dead bacteria stained with reagent β. ● KB-VKH02 generates a fluorescent substance by the reaction between the physiologically active substances universally possessed by viable bacteria and reagent ε. ● This fluorescent substance is irradiated with Blue excitation light, allowing for direct measurement of the viable bacterial count.

BioProlar Modified Type VKH02 Live Bacteria Total Count Detection Type Standard BioProlar can measure both live and dead bacteria, but the components of the dialysis solution can cause fluorescent noise, leading to miscounts. The modified BioProlar can only measure live bacteria, but it is less affected by the components of the dialysis solution, resulting in improved accuracy.

The bioproller does not require cultivation; it fluorescently stains the microorganisms themselves and irradiates them with excitation light of a specific wavelength, causing the microorganisms to emit light. It automatically captures the emission points as images and counts them. Measurement is completed in about 10 minutes per sample, enabling timely bacterial testing and monitoring of bacterial counts. Additionally, it has achieved easy operation through a dedicated filtration unit and specialized reagents.

Measurement Principle The BioProler fluorescently stains all bacteria and dead bacteria, captures the luminescent points, and counts the total number of bacteria and dead bacteria through image processing, calculating the number of viable bacteria from the difference (VKH-01 type). It fluorescently stains viable bacteria and counts the number of viable bacteria (VKH-02 type). To recognize each luminescent point as a single bacterium, it can be measured with high precision regardless of luminescence intensity or the size of the luminescent points.

The Bioproller is a microbial testing device that allows for rapid, high-precision, and easy measurement of microorganisms without the need for cultivation. By not using a microscope system, it achieves a compact design and low cost. Rapid bacterial count measurement without cultivation (VKH01: approximately 10 minutes, VKH02: approximately 6 minutes) High-precision measurement using fluorescent staining methods and digital image processing Easy measurement with dedicated reagent kits Compatible with various samples (beef / vegetables / kitchen detergents, etc.)

1) Filter the sample through a dedicated membrane filter with a pore size of 0.4 μm.
-
2) Collecting bacteria on the filter Bacteria are collected on the filter.
-
3) Staining the bacteria When a special reagent is dropped onto the collected bacteria, the bacteria are stained.
-
4) By irradiating with excitation light, count the bacteria. The stained bacteria become observable under fluorescence due to the excitation light. Based on the captured images, the number of bacteria is automatically counted.
