This is designed to provide peace of mind to the customer (consumer). However, in this case, we proposed a reverse approach: once the customer (consumer) opens it, it cannot be returned to its original state, making it difficult to claim 'I haven't used it' (strictly speaking, one cannot say 'the box hasn't been opened').
