Dry electrode technology contributing to CO2 reduction
We have the technology and equipment to handle material selection for dry electrodes, prototype development, and evaluation of electrochemical properties!
We would like to introduce our dry electrode manufacturing technology based on PTFE binders. By controlling the formulation and mixing method of positive electrode materials, conductive agents, and binders, as well as fibrillation and rolling methods, it is possible to produce high-strength and flexible dry electrode films. At KRI, we possess the technology and equipment to support material selection, prototype evaluation, and electrochemical property assessment for dry electrodes. We also accommodate material specifications from clients. 【Proposal Contents】 - Evaluation of dry electrode manufacturing using not only PTFE binders but also other binders - Assessment of active materials suitable for dry electrodes (for both positive and negative electrodes) and conductive agents - Evaluation of applicability to all-solid-state batteries - Scale-up evaluation of the dry electrode process - Experiments can also be conducted in a low-humidity environment as we have a dry room *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
