Detailed information
-
Shoulder Belt Anchor The "surface" shown on the far left of the upper photo is attached to the white "substrate" in the center. It requires skill to attach it neatly and quickly, and it is the company's responsibility to ensure that there is no variation in quality depending on the person performing the task. Once fully assembled, it becomes the finished product as shown in the lower photo. After assembly, it is also essential to check that the components assembled in the center move correctly.
-
Pillar Skin Wrapping Attach the "skin" to the "base material" at the bottom of the upper image and assemble the "clip." After that, transfer the "seal." Similar to the shoulder belt anchor, we ensure that there is no variation in quality during the attachment process. Additionally, while the skin is being attached, it is essential to implement efficiency improvements, such as having the machine automatically apply the transfer seal. This part is called the "front pillar," which corresponds to the areas on both sides of the windshield.
-
Seal rear door After attaching the "substrate inner" on the upper right side of the photo and the "substrate outer" on the lower right side of the photo to the "Eptseal" in the center of the photo, assemble them. The left side of the photo shows the completed state. This is a part that is installed behind the rear window of the back seat.
-
Cover front The "base material" on the right side of the photo will be assembled and processed with the "Eptseal," "clip," and "protector" in the center of the photo.
